Check these first

  1. Confirm you reached the Enchanted Forest. The Wisp only exists in the Update 7 biome. If the scenery still looks like Angels & Demons, you are at the wrong gate — walk through into the new biome first.
  2. Check the current Speed requirement. Reports put the gate at ~50B Speed, the highest in the game. Below it the biome stays locked, and with it the Wisp. Exact numbers may shift between updates — the main Wisp guide keeps the latest verified figure.
  3. Go to the correct Wisp location. Reports place the Wisp near the biome entrance by the recommended-speed board; some players find it toward the right side of the biome near the Enchanted Tree. Sweep both.

Yes — the Wisp is a standard biome NPC in the Enchanted Forest, not a server-exclusive event. If it is missing, it is almost always a requirements or streaming issue rather than a lucky-server mechanic.
Can I see the Wisp below 50B Speed?
Current reports put the Enchanted Forest gate at 50B Speed, and you cannot reach the Wisp before entering the biome. Earlier guides mentioned lower numbers, so 50B is the safe target.
Is there a code to make the Wisp appear?
