Requirements Before You Can Get Jitterbug

1. Enchanted Forest access — the biome's reported Speed gate is ~50B.
2. Finished Wisp questline — three quests plus returning the Wisp; this is what unseals the Enchanted Tree.
3. The secret room portal — once the tree is open, look for the hidden entrance/portal around it leading to the puzzle room.
